The real magic behind food and wine
We (Susan and Mitchell) will be guest instructors at Jean Pierre’s Cooking School on Thursday, June 14th.
The class, which will begin at 7.30pm, will teach guests the secrets of pairing cheese and wine and introduce them to six cheese varieties.
Jean Pierre will serve a brie and goat cheese souffle with a pecorino romano mornay sauce. Wow! Added to this will be an arugula salad, topped with roasted portobello mushrooms stuffed with mascapone and blue cheese. How good does that sound?
